Can I exchange an item?
We are currently unable to process exchanges, All sales are final.

Once you've placed your order it is not possible to amend any details, as our warehouse team will have already started processing your order.

How do I know if you order is confirmed?
If you provided a valid email address during the checkout process, you will receive an email after your order is placed with your order details.
Will you be getting more stock of an item I am interested in?
Every item on our site is a unique product so once an item is sold it is unlikely that we will get a similar product in the future.
